In accordance with Connecticut General Statutes, the Town of Bolton last completed a revaluation of all real property for the 2013 Grand List. We would like to thank the property owners of Bolton for their cooperation during the revaluation process.

The property data records reflected here are based on field review and are up-to-date as of October 2014.  The assessments are established for tax purposes for the tax year beginning July 1, 2015. The assessments are based on 70% of market values as found during the last revaluation of October 1, 2013. Exemptions will be applied to the final assessments and are not reflected here. 

The current mill rate for the 2014 grand list is 36.77 and can be used to estimate your July 2015 tax bill. The new mill rate for 2015 grand list will be determined by the Town in late spring of 2016. 

Applications for Board of Assessment Appeals are posted on the Town’s website by the end of January each year and are due back by February 20th unless that day falls on a weekend or holiday. Due date is located on the form.
