Welcome

Welcome to Norwich, CT Assessors' online database.

This data base contains assessments for each real property in the City of Norwich.  The assessment represents 70% of the market value as of the last revaluation, which was effective for the October 1,2013 grand List.

Please review your individual property information and be sure to contact the Assessor if you feel there is or see a discrepancy.

Taxes are calculated by multiplying the current mill rate times the assessment.

Assessments remain the same each year for five years after a revaluation, unless there is any new construction, renovation or land changes.  A New Grand List is filed every January 31st.

The next scheduled revaluation is October 1, 2018
