Welcome to the Town of Derry, NH Assessors database.

Every year the Town of Derry Assessing Department monitors qualified sales and the real estate market in general in Derry.  The Assessor’s Office does this to make sure that current assessments are close to 100% of full, fair market value as required by the State of New Hampshire Department of Revenue administration. 

The Assessor's Office has completed a town-wide revaluation for 2026. Notices of the value change were mailed August 17, 2026. Values currently shown reflect values as of April 1, 2026.

2025 Equalization Ratio: 91.6%

2024 Equalization Ratio: 93.6%

2023 Equalization Ratio: 86.3%

2022 Equalization Ratio: 93.8%
