The Vision Database allows you to search and view the Property Card record on each parcel of real estate in Scarborough; it contains information on assessments, property features, sales data, and ownership. 

The information currently available on the Vision Online Database represents the new 2026 assessed values.

Your new assessment is based upon the estimated full market value as of April 1, 2026. This new value will affect your tax bills for half-year installment payments due October 2026 and March 2027.

Current Tax Rate: 0.01168or $11.68 per $1,000 of Valuation

Payment Due Dates: 10/15/26 and 3/15/27
