The Town of Waterford has contracted with Vision Government Solutions Inc. to assist with the 2026 state-mandated revaluation. 

This site contains all real property assessments based on 70% of fair market value as of the date of last revaluation which was October 1, 2022.

The 2026 reappraisal will be based on sales that occurred during the twelve month period between 10/01/2025 and 10/01/2026.  Using the sales search tab, users can look up sale data in order to better understand market trends in Waterford over the past year.

Please note that assessed values do not reflect any exemptions or penalties, which are applied during the grand list finalization process.
