The City of Bridgeport contracted with Municipal Valuation Services LLC to conduct this state-mandated 2025 revaluation. Both the Assessor’s Office and Municipal Valuation Services would like to thank Bridgeport residents for their cooperation and patience throughout the 2025 revaluation process.

The values displayed are the final 2025 Grand List values based on the 2025 state mandated revaluation. Assessed values do not reflect any exemptions.

The available PDF Field Cards display owners and assessments of all taxable and exempt real property based on 70% of market value for the Grand List of October 1, 2025.

Please note: The PDF Field Cards are updated annually, after the Grand List is finalized.

Please do not use the current City tax mill rate to estimate your taxes. A new July 2026 City budget, which the City anticipates will establish a lower mill tax rate, will be adopted by the City in May 2026.
