Fiscal 2025 values are posted online for you to review as a requirement of the Department of Revenue.

The values are based on sales of properties in East Brookfield during calendar year 2023, as of January 1, 2024.

You may search for properties by street address, or owner's name or map/block/lot number.
The Fiscal 2025 tax rate is $12.84 per $1,000 of value.
