Welcome to the Essex, CT database. The assessments listed are for the most recent October 1.  The last reassessment was done for the Grand List October 1, 2023.  The next reassessment will be for the October 1, 2028 Grand List and will reflect sales that take place within the Town of Essex between 10/1/2027 and 09/30/2028.
