By Property Address:

*If you are searching for a property address, please type the whole address into the field, such as “7 Monument Sq”. Hollis uses two-letters for street types, for example: Road=RD, Drive=DR, Lane=LN.

*In the case where there are two street numbers, such as for an apartment or business, the street numbers will be listed with a “+” between the street numbers and no spaces. For example, 17 and 19 Clinton Dr would be entered as “17+19 Clinton Dr”.

*Vacant land parcels do not have street numbers assigned until they have a Hollis approved driveway permit.

*If you cannot find the property address which you are looking for and know the street name, you may also search by “Street Listing” by clicking on the button at the top of the search page.

By Owner:

You may search for property owners by typing in the last name first, for example, Joseph E. Smith Jr. would be listed as “SMITH JOSEPH E JR”. No punctuation symbols are used.


MBLU stands for “Map-Block-Lot-Unit.” Hollis only uses the Map-Block-Lot fields.

When entering in the MBLU, you will always enter three digits in each field, with preceding zeroes used to make the three digits. For example, Map 1 Block 9 Lot 3 would be entered as “001” in the first box, “009” in the second, and “003” in the last.

Tax Information:

The 2023 Tax Year begins April 1, 2022 and ends March 31, 2023. The 2023 Tax Rate is not anticipated to be set until the end of October.

The Tax (Mill) Rate for 2022 is $22.57. For further tax information, please visit the Tax Collector's website at https://www.hollisnh.org/tax-collector , and click on the "Property Tax Center" link on the left. The 2022 Equalized Value Ratio (Sales Ratio) has been established at 63.1%. The 2023 Ratio should be available early 2024.
