The Town of Hopkinton contracted with Vision Government Solutions to assist with the 2022 state mandated revaluation project.  Both the Assessor's Office and Vision Government Solutions would like to thank Town of Hopkinton residents for their patience and cooperation throughout the 2022 Revaluation project.

Shown on this site are assessments of all taxable and exempt properties based on 100% of market value as of December 31, 2022. 

            Please note that assessed values do not reflect any exemptions, which will be applied to the final assessments.

Search Tips: When searching by map and lot, there are three blocks.  The first block is for the map number, which requires three digits, so if you are searching for map 2 use 002.  The second block is for condominium unit number, which requires three digits, so if searching for unit 21 use 021. If it is not a condominium, enter 000. The third block is for the lot number.  This is a five character block, so if searching for lot 23A use 0023A.
