The data shown here is the result of the State-mandated full revaluation conducted by Vision Government Solutions and the Assessor's Office.  The proposed values represent market value as of 10/1/2018 with assessed values at 70% of market value per State law.  If you wish to discuss the proposed assessment with Vision staff, please follow the instructions on the impact notice that you received.  Hearings are held by appointment only and will take place in the Town Hall.
