Welcome to the Vision Government Solutions, Inc. Assessor’s database for the Town of New Fairfield.

The Town of New Fairfield has contracted with Vision Government Solutions of Northborough, Massachusetts to assist with the state mandated revaluation project effective for October 1, 2019. The information provided in this database reflects the new assessed values for each real estate parcel in the Town of New Fairfield. This database also provides the user with an explanation for the revaluation process (SEE TAXPAYER INFORMATION).

Assessment value change notices have been sent to owners of properties in New Fairfield. The new assessment represents 70% of full market value.

Please note that the updated P.A. 490 use values for farm and forest are shown for those participating in that program.

The Assessor’s office and Vision Government Solutions would like to thank the Town of New Fairfield residents for their cooperation throughout the 2019 revaluation project.

Do not apply the current tax (mill) rate to your new assessment. Doing so will result in an inaccurate calculation of future taxes. The new mill rate will be determined by the Town in spring of 2020.
