Town of North Yarmouth, Maine Assessor's Online Database


In accordance with Maine state law, the Town of North Yarmouth, in conjunction with Vision Government Solutions, has nearly completed the town-wide Statistical Update of all real property. The values shown in this databse represents the fair market value of properties as of April 1, 2026. 

Any property owner wishing to review their new assessment with a representative of Vision Government Solutions may schedule a telephone or in-person hearing as follows: 

1. Call toll free 888-844-4300 between the hours of 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday – Friday. If you wish to discuss more than two parcels, you must call this number to schedule your hearings.

Please note: 

These informal hearings, which are being held primarily BY TELEPHONE, are by appointment only. Appointments must be made by July 15, 2026. Topics of discussion can include: explanations of the valuation and information on the property record card and market data used to determine indications of value. Vision representatives are unable to discuss resultant taxes. For property owners or their representatives requiring an in-person informal hearing, please specify this preference, so that a hearing officer can be made available. In-person hearings are limited and will be conducted in the meeting room at Wescustogo Hall & Community Center, 120 Memorial Hwy., North Yarmouth, Maine.

Individuals who are unable to attend a hearing may appeal to Vision Government Solutions in writing prior to July 15, 2026. Letters should be sent to Vision Government Solutions c/o Appraisal Dept., 1 Cabot Road, Suite 100, Hudson, MA 01749.

·        The tax rate has not yet been set.

·        Homestead, Veteran's and Blind Exemptions are NOT included in this database; however, they are credited on the tax bill for eligible homeowners.
