This database provides you with information on each parcel of real estate in Salisbury, Lakeville, Limerock, Amesville and Taconic.  This data is for informational purposes only, and should not be used to calculate tax bills.

Shown on this site are assessments of all taxable and exempt properties based on 70% of market value as of October 1, 2020. The previous assessments were as of October 1, 2015 at the time of the last revaluation.

Please note that the P.A. 490 use value for farm, forest and open space is shown for those parcels in that program. The assessed values do not reflect any exemptions, which will be applied to the final assessments.

Do not apply the current tax (mill) rate to your new assessment as the mill rate will change, and using the prior mill rate will not correctly calculate your July 2021 tax bill. The new mill rate will be determined in the Spring of 2021. 

Office hours are M,W,F 9:00-12:30 & 1:30-4:00. Town offices are currently closed to the public. Please email assessor@salisburyct.us with any questions.
