2026 Revaluation Notice

 

The Town of Trumbull has contracted Vision Government Solutions to assist with the upcoming 2026 town-wide revaluation. Vision’s Appraisal Division will work in close partnership with the Assessor’s Office to ensure a successful and accurate revaluation process.

 

The last revaluation was completed in 2021. As required by Connecticut law, municipalities must conduct a revaluation every five years. The Connecticut Office of Policy and Management (OPM) has updated the statewide revaluation schedule for Trumbull to 2025; however, the State granted to defer Trumbull’s 2025 revaluation to 2026.

Residential Property Owners

 

Data mailers have been sent to all owners of residential properties.

Please take a moment to:

  1. Review the information included in your mailer carefully
  2. Verify the current Outbuilding and Extra Feature details for your property, which are also available on this website
  3. Note any changes or corrections directly on the mailer 
  4. Sign and return the mailer, even if no changes are necessary

 

Your participation helps ensure the accuracy of the upcoming revaluation.
