The information presented on this site is the data as of December 17th, 2024.  This information was used for your Fiscal Year 2025 taxes as well as the Field Cards linked to each property.

This site has FISCAL 2025 Assessed Values with owner of record as of December 2024. The FISCAL 2025 Tax Rate is $13.06 per thousand dollars of assessed value. Your assessment for FY25 is based upon property sales during calendar year 2023 in accordance with state requirements.
