The new assessment data is the result of a town-wide Revaluation Update. Property owners were mailed their 2025 assessment letter on June 20, 2025.
Please do not multiply your new assessment by the current tax rate. The mil-rate has not been set and is estimated to decrease.

You must have your new assessment letter available when scheduling an appointment. The last day to schedule an appointment is July 8, 2025.
When searching by Map Lot Unit (MBLU) please enter the map number (three digits) in the first box, the lot number (three digits and possible letter) in the second box, and, if applicable, the unit number (two digits) in the third box. For example Map 3 Lot 12A-1 is entered as: Map 003 Lot 012A Unit 01.
