The values and assessments shown on this site of all properties are based on the market value established during the October 1, 2022 Revaluation.

Please note that the Public Act 490 values are established by the State.

Exemptions to assessment (Veterans, Disability, etc.) are not shown as part of the assessment. They are applied to the final assessment on each succeeding Grand List year.

Details and values are updated regularly based on information from building permits, inspections, available sales data or other sources and Town Clerk Records.
