Berlin 2026 Property Revaluation
The City of Berlin has just completed a
full statistical revaluation of all properties.
This was required as sale prices have increased dramatically over the
last four years since the 2022 revaluation.
In 2022, the average sale price for a single-family home in Berlin was $151,300. By comparison, the average sale price for a
single-family home in Berlin today is $208,300.
This represents a 37% increase in the real estate market from 2022 to
2026.
In the four years since the last
revaluation, the real estate market has taken a dramatic upswing and those are
reflected in the most recent sales.

Property record cards and valuations on
the Vision page are still preliminary at this time until the informal hearing
process has been completed. Values shall
be finalized by mid-November 2026.

At the top right of the screen, you will see a red 'Field Card' icon. This is where you will find a typical tax card format. These have been updated as of December 22, 2025 which has information for tax year ending 2025.
