The Town of Brookfield has contracted with Tyler Technologies to assist with the 2026 State mandated revaluation project. Both the Assessor's Office and Tyler Technologies would like to thank Brookfield residents in advance for their patience and cooperation throughout the 2026 Revaluation project. The 2026 values will be uploaded after the revaluation project is complete in the Fall of 2026. The revaluation will be reflected in your bill that will be mailed 7/1/2027.
