Burlington performed a revaluation for the Grand List of October 1, 2023. This revaluation impacted the tax bills due beginning in July 2024. Information provided here is updated for the 2023 Grand List Values.
IMPORTANT!!: Clicking on the Blue Print button will give you access to current ownership information. Clicking on the Red Field Card button gives you access to all permit, sketch, building note data as of April 11, 2024 in field card format.
Do not apply the current tax (mill) rate to your new assessment as the mill rate will change, and using the prior mill rate will not correctly calculate your July 2024 tax bill. The new mill rate will be determined in the Spring of 2024.
