Welcome to the Vision Government Solutions website for the Town of Coventry CT.  The proposed values shown here are the results of the state-mandated reassessment program conducted by the Assessor's Office and Vision.  The values represent market value as of 10/1/2019.  The last reassessment was conducted in 2014.  If you wish to review your new assessment with Vision staff, please follow the instructions contained in the valuation notice that was mailed on December 4th.  These hearings are by appointment only and are conducted in Coventry.  The Assessor's Office and Vision Government Solutions would like to that the residents of Coventry for their cooperation during this reassessment program.
