This database provides information on each parcel of real estate in Deep River, along with the ability to search for sales of properties that may be comparable to your selected property.

In accordance with Connecticut State Law, the Town of Deep River and Vision Government Solutions have completed a revaluation of all real property for the Grand List of October 1, 2025.

The information provided in this database reflects the new assessed values for all real estate parcels in the Town of Deep River as of the assessment date of October 1, 2025. Assessments represent 70% of the fair market value of each property as of October 1, 2025.

Please note that the mill rate for the 2025 Grand List will be established in late May 2026. Until the new rate is set, the prior year mill rate of 31.98 mills is provided for informational purposes only and should not be used to calculate future tax obligations.

Please also note that personal exemptions, including those for elderly, disabled, veterans, and other qualifying programs, are not reflected in these values. Where applicable, values based on Use Assessment (C.G.S. §12-107a-g) have been applied.
