The Town of Dudley has contracted with Vision Government Solutions of Hudson, MA to assist in the state mandated revaluations and interim year adjustments.
Valuations and photos are updated annually, and ownership is updated daily.
Information provided in this database represents assessed property values as of January1, 2024 for fiscal year 2025. The valuations reflect the full and fair cash value of real property which was certified by the Department of Revenue Bureau of Local Assessment.
The Fiscal Year 2025 tax rate is $10.57 per thousand.

The Assessor's Office also offers several real estate exemptions, Widow/Widower ($175), Elderly ($500), Legally Blind ($500), Veteran 10%-99% service-related disability ($400), Veteran 100% service-related disability ($1,000), and Veteran paraplegic (Exempt from Real Estate Tax).
