This site has Fiscal 2023 assessed values with "Owner of Record" as of January 1, 2022. Owner of Record is used for tax billing purposes and is only updated on this site on a yearly basis. Fiscal 2023 began July 1, 2022 and ends on June 30, 2023.

This website allows all users to search for properties by street address, by owner's name or by map-lot-block. When searching by street address you must use the following abbreviations: ST for Street, RD for Road, and CR for Circle. Do not use punctuation. All users may also find comparable sales using style of improvements and time frame as parameters.

The Fiscal Year 2023 tax rate of $14.99 was approved by the Department of Revenue on November 21, 2022. The Board of Selectmen voted on November 14, 2022 to maintain a single tax rate for all property classes.

Taxpayers may call 508-210-5515 or visit the office Monday, Wednesday, Thursday between 8:00-4:00, Tuesday 8:00-7:00 and Friday 8:00-noon. Please note that property abatements can only be filed after "actual" bills are mailed on December 31 and must be in the Assessors' Office by February 1, 2023.
