Here you will find the data collected and reviewed by Vision Staff during the reassessment project.  Please take this opportunity to review the data collected on your property to confirm its accuracy.  

The time to schedule an informal review has passed.  The deadline to schedule a review was April 3rd.

Final Value Notices will be mailed on or before July 1, 2026.  All property owners will have an opportunity to file a formal appeal with the Juniata County Board of Assessment Appeals.  Deadline to file a formal appeal will be 40 days from the date on the Final Value Notice.
