2026 Revaluation
The City of Keene hired Vision Government
Solutions to complete the 2026 city-wide property revaluation. The
assessed values on this site are the preliminary values and represent the fair market value as of April 1, 2026.
All property owners will receive a notice of
their new value with directions about setting an appointment to discuss their
assessment with a member from Vision Government Solutions should they desire to
do so. Please follow the directions in the notice to make an appointment.
The 2026 tax rate has not been set yet so please
do not use the current tax rate to estimate your taxes as it will lead to an
erroneous amount.
