Revaluations
The City of Keene's last revaluation was completed in 2021. We are required by NH law to revalue at least every five years. We are currently working on a city-wide revaluation which will be completed for the fall of 2026. The base year for the assessed values currently on this site reflect the results of our 2021 revaluation and show the conditions of the properties as of April 1, 2025.
