The Town of Kennebunkport Assessor’s Office and Vision Government Solutions completed a town wide market adjustment update, for April 1, 2022.  

The last update was completed 12 years ago in 2009.  Every property valuation for tax assessment purposes was updated to reflect each property’s fair market value as of April 1, 2022.  Fairness in tax assessing is measured by the relationship of assessed values to fair market values.

Ownership information is updated once per year in late July (Commitment).  Current ownership information can be found by visiting the Town of Kennebunkport website at https://www.axisgis.com/kennebunkportme/
