The Commissioner of the Revenue's Office is responsible for the records management and assessments for all real property located in the City of Lexington.

        2nd Payment Due - June 5


Real Estate tax rate is $0.92 per $100.00



The City of Lexington completed a reassessment of all properties effective July 1, 2022. 

Sales within this database are updated monthly.  The next reassessment will take effect July 1, 2026.
