Welcome to the Town of Longmeadow online assessment database.

The information contained herein reflects fiscal year 2026 property valuations. These values are calculated as the full and fair cash value (market value) as of January 1, 2025. This date serves as the legal assessment date for the fiscal year 2026 tax bills, based on market conditions and sales trends, typically from the preceding calendar year (2024). 

Here, you can access fiscal year 2026 Property Record Cards.  After entering the online database, simply type in the address you wish to view.  Once the property information appears, choose Parcel Details under the Links tab.  If you  wish to review the property record card, click the red Field Card button.  You also have the option to print the property record card.  

Property owners are encouraged to review the information specific to their property.
