The FY2025 assessed values have been completed in accordance with state law, and are an estimation of the fair market value of a property as of January 1, 2024  The basis of the assessments are actual sales from January 1 to December 31, 2023.

The FY2025 tax rates have been approved by the MA Department of Revenue:

Residential Tax Rate: $11.48

Commercial Tax Rate: $22.37

The Assessor’s Office hours are Monday, Wednesday & Thursday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Tuesday, 8:00AM to 8:00PM and Friday, 8:00AM to 12:00PM.
