Thank you for visiting the City of Lowell’s property assessment portal. Our goal is to provide clear, accurate, and easily accessible information to every taxpayer.

The City of Lowell Board of Assessors has completed the required FY2027 Public Disclosure period, which was held from September 14 through September 18, 2026.

Following the conclusion of public disclosure and review of taxpayer inquiries, the FY2027 property assessments have been submitted to the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, Division of Local Services, for final certification and approval.

The FY2027 assessments reflect property values as of January 1, 2026 and are based upon an analysis of qualified 2025 market activity.

The Assessments posted to this site are not final until they have been approved by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.

Fair and equitable assessments rely on accurate property data. Property owners are encouraged to review the information shown for their property and contact the Assessor’s Office if they believe any information may be inaccurate or requires clarification.

Office Hours

The Assessor’s Office is open to the public during the following hours:

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
