Welcome to the Vision Government Solutions Assessment Record database for the Town of Monroe.
As mandated by Connecticut State Law, the Town of Monroe and Vision Government Solutions have completed a revaluation of all real property for the Grand List of October 1, 2024.
The information provided in this database reflects the new assessed values for each real estate parcel in the Town of Monroe as of the October 1, 2024 assessment date.
Notices have been sent out to property owners informing them of their new assessments. The new assessment represents 70% of the fair market value as of the October 1, 2024 assessment date.
Property Owners are cautioned NOT to apply the current tax (mill) rate to your new assessment. Doing so will result in an inaccurate calculation of future tax liability. The new tax (mill) rate will not be set by the Board of Finance until after the budget has been approved in the Spring of 2025.
