The Town of New Fairfield has contracted with Vision Government Solutions of Hudson, Massachusetts to assist with the state mandated revaluation project effective for October 1, 2024. The information provided in this database reflects the new assessed values for each real estate parcel in the Town of New Fairfield. 

Assessment value change notices were sent to owners of properties in New Fairfield. The new assessment represents 70% of full market value.

Please note that the updated P.A. 490 use values for farm and forest are shown for those participating in that program.

The Assessor’s office and Vision Government Solutions would like to thank the Town of New Fairfield residents for their cooperation throughout the 2024 revaluation project.
