Welcome to the City of New London, CT database

The City of New London had its’ last State-mandated revaluation program for the 2018 Grand List.

All market values for properties were establish as of that date. 

The next revaluation, which will be effective for the October 1, 2023 Grand List is now underway and Vision Government Solutions (VGSI) was selected again to establish the market values.

 

Data mailers, with information that we currently have on all properties, will be sent to each property owner.  You will be asked to review the information, make any corrections and return the mailer to the Assessors’ Office.

REVALUATION DATA MAILER FAX NUMBER CORRECTION

 

 

The City of New London, CT has hired Vision Government Solutions Inc to complete its state-mandated revaluation program.  The reassessment project will establish market value as of October 1st, 2023 and will be reflected in the tax bills issued in the summer of 2024.  The project commenced with the mailing of data summary documents to all owners of residential properties. The fax # on some letters was incorrectly listed as 860-447-5215. The correct fax # is 860-447-5225. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
