The Town of New Milford contracted with Vision Government to assist with the 2025 state mandated revaluation project.  Both the Assessor's Office and Vision Government Solutions would like to thank Town of New Milford residents for their patience and cooperation throughout the 2025 Revaluation project. 

The 2025 Revaluation will establish market value estimates for all properties as of October 1, 2025. 

A notification of assessment change was mailed on November 7, 2025.

Please note that assessed values do not reflect any exemptions.
