The assessments shown here are the result of the full 2022 valuation project performed by Vision Government Solutions and the Assessor's Office.  This is a State-mandated reassessment program with a valuation date of 12/31/2022.  The new assessments reflect changes in the market over the last four years in New Shoreham.  Additionally, any permit work will be reflected in these new assessments.  If you wish to discuss the new valuations with Vision Staff, please follow the instructions on the notice of new assessments that were mailed on 5/15/2023.  In person hearing are by appointment only at the Town Hall on the Island on May 23 and May 24. Telephone hearings are also available until May 31 and letters can also be submitted to the town.
