This site contains the proposed assessments for the Town of Preston, CT.  The Town has just completed its state-mandated reassessment. This project was the joint effort of the Assessor's Office and Vision Government Solutions Inc.

The proposed assessments reflect 70% of market value as of 10/1/2022.  The reappraisal was based on sales that occurred during the twelve month period between 10/1/2021 and 10/1/2022.  Using the sales search tab, users can look up sale data in order to better understand market trends in Preston over the past year.

Anyone wishing to review their assessment with a Vision employee should follow the instructions on their impact notice, which will be mailed on or about 11/07/2022. Informal revaluation reviews are being done by phone only at pre-scheduled times.
