The Town of Richmond contracted with Vision Government
Solutions of Hudson, Massachusetts to assist with the 2026 state mandated
revaluation project.
The Town recently completed a property revaluation for 2026.
The valuations reflect the market value of property as of December 31, 2025
(the annual assessment date). The previous assessments were as of December 31,
2022.
The assessed valuations on this site do not reflect any
tax exemptions that may be applicable. Proposed valuations were mailed to
property owners in March 2026. After reviewing these values, property owners
will have the opportunity to schedule appointments with representatives from
Vision Government Solutions to discuss their valuations. Do not use the 2025
tax rate to estimate 2026 taxes. The 2026 tax rate will not be established
until the budget process is complete in spring of 2026.
