The assessments contained herein reflect the most recent values as of our last grand list date of October 1, 2023 PLUS any ongoing construction, permit work, and other changes. While we endeavor to have the most up-to-date ownership database, all construction and permit work should be confirmed with the Southington Building Department. Similarly, all zoning information should be confirmed with the Southington Planner, and utility information should be gathered from our Sewer Department and/or Water Department. 

Please note that assessed values do not reflect any exemptions, which will be applied to the final assessments. 

The mill rate is updated every May, once the grand list is finalized and the budget completed. When estimating your taxes, please ensure you are applying the correct mill rate for the upcoming billing cycle
