The values displayed are the Preliminary 2025 Revaluation Assessed values for the Town of Southington and may not reflect the final values for the 2025 Grand List. The 2025 Grand List will be finalized at the end of January 2026. Any property with a change in assessment will receive a notice in February 2026.

The Town of Southington has contracted with Municipal Valuation Services LLC to conduct the state-mandated 2025 revaluation project. Both the Assessor’s Office and Municipal Valuation Services would like to thank Southington residents for their cooperation and patience throughout the 2025 revaluation process.

Please do not use the current mill rate to estimate your taxes. A new mill rate will be established once the Grand List is finalized and the budget is completed.
