The Town of Wales has completed updating our property values for Fiscal Year 2019. These values reflect full and fair cash value as of January 1, 2023.

The Fiscal Year 2024 Tax Rate has also been approved by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue at $14.77 per thousand dollars of valuation.
