Welcome to the Warren County online assessment database.

The Commissioner of the Revenue - Real Estate Department has converted to new software  to help make better use of technology to streamline workflows and serve you, our valued residents, even better.

This database contains the 2025 Real Estate active database with the new assessments after the adjustments from the assessor hearings with Cowan. The 2nd set of notices was sent to the printer March 21, 2025 by Cowan and will be mailed in the next couple of weeks. 

This database will be updated every month around the 15th from our active live file.

BOE members are appointed by the BOS.  BOE Hearing dates TBA.

Commissioners office is taking names and phone numbers for appointments once these members are appointed by the BOS and the dates are set.
