Informal Review Website
Here Property Owners will have the ability to search and review the property data that was collected, either on-site or thru aerial imagery by trained data collectors.
We are asking each property owner to review the data of their property that was collected and confirm it is correct. If a property owner finds an error in the data, we encourage the property owner to file an informal review and provide the supporting documentation regarding the error. The process to file an informal review is to the right.
Please keep in mind, Property owners will not be able to argue the new valuation of their property during the informal review hearing. Property owners will have the opportunity to challenge their 2026 Property Values with the Warren County Board of Assessment Appeals after the Final Value Notices are mailed on or before July 1st, 2025.
The purpose of the informal review is to verify the data collected was correct and uniform throughout the County. If data is updated during the informal review hearing, it may have an affect on the individual properties value which will be reflected only on the Final Value Notice mailed on or before July 1st, 2025.
Property owners data will continue to be updated after preliminary notices have been mailed based off the informal review hearings as well as trained data reviewers using aerial imagery.
Scheduling an
Informal Review: If
you want to review your preliminary assessment with a Vision Government
Solutions representative, you must schedule an appointment. The representative
will be able to discuss your notice and review your property record. Bring
photos or documents related to the characteristics of your property that you
would like the reviewer to consider.
State laws prohibit
the reviewers from discussing or adjusting a property's assessed value except
to reflect changes to tabular data or property characteristics inaccurately
recorded.
At the top of your preliminary value notice, you will find your PID number and appointment type. You will need this
information to schedule your review. IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 2 PID numbers
needing reviewed, you MUST CALL 1-800-525-9876, as these CANNOT be scheduled
online.
The review center
is located at 34 E Harmar St #11, Warren, PA 16365, and appointments for
a phone and in-person reviews will be available.
The call center is
open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Operators are NOT
qualified to discuss values or parcel information.
