Welcome to the Vision Government Solutions Inc. Assessor’s database for the Town of Wilton, CT. The Town of Wilton has contracted with Vision Government Solutions Inc. (formerly known as Vision Appraisal Technology) of Northboro, Massachusetts to perform the state mandated 2017 revaluation project which became effective for the October 1, 2018 Grand List. Both the Assessor’s Office and VGSI would like to thank the Town of Wilton property owners for their cooperation throughout this important project.

The values provided in this database reflect the assessments for the October 1, 2018 Grand List. The 2018 Grand List assessments represent 70% of market value as of October 1, 2017. The previous assessments were based on the October 1, 2012 Revaluation.
