Welcome to the WOODSTOCK, CT Online Assessment Database.  This database allows access to the data compiled for the 2021 Valuation Update.  The proposed values shown were derived for tax purposes by the Assessor’s office in accordance with Connecticut General Statutes.

All owners of taxable real estate within Woodstock were mailed notification of their proposed assessments on October 25, 2021.  An informal hearing process is to be conducted by Vision Government Solutions, Inc.  Appointments can be scheduled for a review of the assessment data by following the instructions on the notification.

The values shown here reflect the proposed assessments for the 2021 Valuation Update.  NOTE:  The mill rate has not been set for Grand List 2021.  The assessments listed on this site CANNOT be used with last year’s mill rate to calculate taxes.
